Standard 3-4 working days shipping £3 for all of UK.
1st class 1-2 working days shipping £4 for all of UK
Next-day ( weekday ) shipping - £9 for all of the UK
Europe (3-5 working days) £14 up to 2kg
Rest of the world (6-7 working days) £25 up to 2kg
Important Information for International Orders
Please be aware that international orders may incur VAT and customs charges upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to receive your delivery.
For a smoother experience, we also offer prepaid VAT options. By selecting this at checkout, you can avoid additional charges when your order arrives.

Shipping Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the reshipping fees.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns on our
items within 14 days of the buyer receiving them. If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund you may return your non- clearance item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are in unused condition with no traces of makeup or perfume. Please note that we cannot offer refunds on hijabs, hijab caps, and accessories for health and hygiene reasons. For returns of the entire order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.
